About Me: With a passion for the therapeutic process, I have had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of contexts and treatment needs. My clinical skill sets include an array of individual and family psychotherapy and group interventions within the context of in-home, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Some of my experiences have included foster care work, trauma-informed and focused interventions, play and art therapy, crisis management interventions, and mindfulness practice to specialize in the processing and healing of anxiety and depressive symptomology and beyond. I believe in utilizing a strength and evidence-based approach to promote internal healing and growth! I have a deep and organic love and appreciation for nature and holistic healing. I, personally, enjoy being under the sun for hikes with my husband and black lab and have an admiration for beekeeping, yoga, and kickboxing.
