About Me: I have experience in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, mental health practice, and subacute rehabilitation. I fell in love with pediatric occupational therapy during my Level II Fieldwork placement in a specialized school setting where I worked with children with developmental delays, neurological impairments, orthopedic conditions, genetic disorders, sensory processing difficulties, cognitive challenges, and behavioral challenges. My favorite part of working in pediatrics is helping the clients I work with to learn, grow, and improve their quality of life through their primary occupation of play. Nothing gives me more joy than to help my clients to accomplish their goals and increase their functional independence in their meaningful occupations! I am passionate about the profession of Occupational Therapy, and I strive to provide client-centered, collaborative, evidence-based, and holistic intervention to help my clients improve their quality of life.
