About Me: My pediatric background involves coaching athletes with varying neuromuscular diagnoses in a high intensity exercise program at Shriner’s Hospital for Children, working as a day camp counselor for Middletown Park and Recreation, completing undergraduate research focusing on the creation of an assessment tool for kids with poor trunk control, and graduate research on the use of a telehealth exercise program in neuromuscular populations. During my clinical experiences I worked with various conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, critically ill patients, neurological injuries and impairments, and lifelong conditions. I have experience with varying pediatric populations including children with Cerebral Palsy, developmental delay, orthopedic injuries and surgeries, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Torticollis, and other neuromuscular diagnoses. I enjoy working in the rewarding world of pediatrics and getting the chance to know amazing children and their families! When I am not working I enjoy hiking, traveling, disc golfing, and playing tennis.
