About Me: My experience includes working with pediatrics in the school-based setting, grades PK-8, as well as acute care, long term care, and outpatient clinics. I have experience working with adults in acute care, long term care, outpatient and short-term rehabilitation settings. I have worked with individuals with differing diagnoses including: Autism, Apraxia, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Aphasia, pragmatics, TBI, and various feeding difficulties, among others. I have experience implementing alternative and augmentative communication devices. My passion is to provide therapy for pediatrics to effectively reach their goals towards communication or feeding, while implementing an interdisciplinary approach. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and their families in order to promote a rich learning environment.
