About Me: I joined KidSense Therapy Group in 2025, bringing with me a wide range of clinical experiences in program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and client and team education. I earned my graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University and have worked across Connecticut and Colorado in both community-based and clinical settings. My career began in early intervention and family-centered care, and over time I developed a specialization in child-centered mental health, with a strong focus on supporting underserved and at-risk youth. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, with a particular expertise in sensory processing and its impact on daily life. My work has included partnering with the Connecticut State Department of Children and Families and nonprofit agencies to provide trauma-informed, person-centered care. I am also deeply passionate about mentoring emerging clinicians, guiding them in evidence-based, child-led approaches while emphasizing the importance of trauma-informed practice. In addition to my role at KidSense, I continue to serve in acute psychiatric settings, school-based programs, and higher education, where I support neurodivergent students as they transition into college life. Across all settings, I am committed to providing meaningful, functional engagement through occupational therapy and ensuring children and families feel empowered in their therapeutic journey.
