About Me: My clinical experience primarily includes providing individual and group services to children aged from birth to 21 years old in several settings, including preschools, K-8 schools, children's hospital ICUs and inpatient rehab, and clinics. As a bilingual professional, I offer bilingual services to cater to the needs of English-speaking and Portuguese/Spanish-speaking children and their families. I have experience working with a diverse range of children with a wide range of medical backgrounds treating fluency disorders, expressive/receptive disorders, social/pragmatic deficits, cognitive disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, feeding/oral motor disorders, and voice disorders. The majority of my experiences have targeted areas of pragmatic/social deficits, executive functioning, cognitive deficits, and expressive and receptive language disorders. Collaborating with fellow professionals is an essential part of my approach, allowing us to provide families and children with well-rounded care and support throughout their journey. I strongly believe in family-centered, child-specific care, and using evidence-based practices as they are essential to providing the best services possible.
