About Me: I have been an occupational therapist since 2018. I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings with all ages, including school-based, community-based early intervention and CPSE, as well as pediatric subacute and acute settings. I have experience working with children with complex medical needs and fragility, severe disabilities and developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, as well as children with general fine, visual, and gross motor delays and handwriting difficulties. I have extensive experience creating and implementing functional IEP goals and objectives and providing education to caregivers to promote carry-over of skills to all areas of the child’s life. I have extensive training in implementing handwriting interventions through my certification in the Size Matters Handwriting Program, as well as extensive experience in sensory integration and processing. I have a passion for working with children as an occupational therapist and always enjoy watching them learn, grow, and achieve their goals to be their most successful selves. I am excited to be a part of KidSense Therapy Group and assist in allowing children to reach their full potential
