About Me: I have worked in the field of Mental Health Counseling for over 9 years. Mental Health Counselors are professionals trained in both art and therapy. I have experience with a wide variety of agencies and people. I have worked with children and adolescents in juvenile detention centers and extended day treatment programs and I was fortunate to have helped 9-11 families deal with loss using the art process. My most recent work was outpatient therapy at Bridges in Milford. I believe that the creative process involved in the art-making process is healing and life-enhancing.
