About Me: I have been working as a mental health counselor since 2019, dedicating the past eight years to supporting children and their families. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including in‑home programs such as MDFT and IICAPS and as a school‑based counselor. My therapeutic approach is rooted in play therapy, art therapy, and CBT interventions—modalities that help children express themselves, build coping skills, and feel understood in ways that feel natural and engaging to them. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where each child can grow, heal, and thrive. I’m excited to be joining the KidSense team and to continue doing the work I love within such a supportive and child‑centered community. Outside of work, you can usually find me near the water— at the beach, paddle-boarding, swimming, or enjoying walks. When the weather turns colder, I love skiing with my fiancé and ending the day cozied up by the fireplace with hot cocoa and a good movie.
